She trained to be the doctor who figures it out.

Dr. Lindsey Bordone

For over two decades, I've built my career around the patients and conditions that require more: more training, more time, more depth of thought. The kind of medicine that doesn't stop at the obvious answer.

My Philosophy

Most dermatology is reactive. A condition appears, a treatment is prescribed. It helps, or it doesn't and either way, the appointment ends in minutes. I practice differently. When a patient walks in with hair loss, psoriasis, or an autoimmune flare, I don't start with the condition. I start with the person: their immune history, their metabolic picture, their hormones, their family background. I ask questions that other doctors don't think to ask and more often than not, those questions lead somewhere.

My guiding belief is simple: if you don't find the cause, you'll be managing the condition forever. I'd rather find the cause.

How I Work

The Evaluation Most Patients Have Never Had.

A visit with me begins before the appointment itself. I review any prior labs, biopsy results, and records you send in advance so the visit is spent on analysis and conversation, not catching up on paperwork.

In the visit, I take an extensive history. Not just about your skin condition, but about your immune system across your entire life: hospitalizations as a child, allergies, family history of autoimmune or metabolic disease, hormonal changes, dietary patterns. I build a picture that no brief checklist can capture.

From there, I map your condition to its likely drivers, identify the workup needed, and build a treatment plan that makes sense for your life — your goals, your tolerance, your schedule.

The Intake

I review your records before we meet. In the visit, I go deep into your immune history, metabolic picture, hormones, and family background. I build a picture that no brief checklist can capture.
